Ports:
China is home to some of the largest and most prominent shipping ports in the world. Bordering the countries eastern coast is the Pacific Ocean, and thus lining the entirety of the eastern coast of the country, seven of China's ports are listed in the "top ten busiest ports in the world "Top 50 World Container Ports". As one of the biggest economies in the world, China thrives off of its trade with foreign nations, as seen throughout its massive exportation industry. With exportation being such a central part of its economy, China relies on its ports for much of its trade. Having a broad and exposed eastern coast, China's accessibility is by no means limited; its ports on the Pacific coast can transport materials to all neighboring oceans. Perhaps this is the reason it is recognized as the top exporter of containerized cargo in the world "Trade Statistics".
